Fixed Plant - Senior Maintenance Planner - (Code : FMP)
Requirement:
• Leading continuous improvement in health, safety and environment by ensuring all maintenance personnel are appropriately prepared to create and maintain a safe and injury free working environment and aspire towards our goal of Zero Harm to people and our environment;
• Developing and maintaining an effective relationship with the Fixed Plant Operations team;
• Providing ongoing coaching and support to the maintenance workgroup;
• Delivering a cost efficient and effective maintenance service to internal customers
• Scheduling planned preventative maintenance tasks
• Providing technical advice for the procurement of all mechanical equipment
• Overseeing the development and monitoring of maintenance plans, including scheduling all shutdown inspections;
• Authorizing, prioritizing, planning and monitoring work flow and work orders;
• Developing an effective preventative maintenance program
• Actively contributing to achieving Maintenance KPI requirements and minimizing costs, whilst meeting the expectations of operations;
• Ensuring maintenance history is recorded for all activities using CMMS.
• Literacy with computerized maintenance management systems or ERP system e.g JDE, Avantis or SAP would be an advantage
• Point of Hire ( POH ) is Balikpapan and to be based at Petrosea site
Skills and Experience:
You will have an Engineering Trade qualification and substantial experience with the operation and maintenance of Coal Processing Plant. To round out the required skill-set; you will be computer literate, proficient with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project and CMMS. Any supervisory experience in maintenance planning fixed plant will be well regarded.
