B. PERSYARATAN ADMINISTRASI

  1. Usia Maksimal 35 tahun per 1 Juni 2008 bagi yang berpengalaman di bidangnya dan maksimal 30 tahun per 1 Juni 2008 bagi fresh graduated.
  2. Sehat jasmani dan rohani, tidak buta warna, tidak cacat fisik, tinggi badan dan berat badan proporsional, tidak terkena narkoba(dikuatkan dengan surat keterangan dokter).
  3. Pendaftaran/registrasi dilakukan melalui registrasi di website PT PJB Services www.pjbservices.com dan selanjutnya aplikasi lamaran dikirim via pos.
  4. Mengisi berkas lamaran yang meliputi :
    • Daftar Riwayat Hidup (download di Website PT PJB Services www.pjbservices.com)
    • Surat Pernyataan (download di Website PT PJB Services www.pjbservices.com) yang berisi tentang :
      1. Bersedia untuk menjalani masa pendidikan dan mematuhi seluruh ketentuan perusahaan yang berlaku apabila dinyatakan lulus/diterima sebagai Peserta Program Pre Employment Trainee PT Pembangkitan Tenaga Listrik Jawa Bali Services.
      2. Tidak akan menggangu gugat hasil keputusan seleksi Peserta Program Pre Employment Trainee PT PJB Services.
      3. Bersedia ditempatkan di seluruh unit kerja PT PJB Services.

C. KETENTUAN UMUM

  • Jangka waktu Program PT PJB Services selama 1 (satu) tahun.
  • Status pelamar adalah Peserta Program Pre-Employment Trainee PT PJB Services.
  • Selama mengikuti Program Pre-Employment Trainee PT PJB Services diberi Uang saku/Imbalan.
  • Seleksi Peserta Program Pre-Employment Trainee PT PJB Services dilakukan dalam beberapa tahap dan berlaku Sistem gugur. Tahapan seleksi sebagai berikut :
    • Seleksi Administrasi
    • Tes Akademis dan Bahasa Inggris
    • Psikotest
    • Wawancara
    • Tes Kesehatan
  • Tempat, waktu dan lokasi akan ditentukan kemudian.
  • Berkas Lamaran yang tidak lengkap tidak akan diproses.
  • Lamaran dibuka mulai sejak tanggal 31 Mei 2008 dan ditutup pada tanggal 14 Juni 2008 (website online) dan pengiriman berkas lamaran paling lambat tanggal 17 Juni 2008 (Cap Pos).

Vacancy: Tax Superintendant & Tax Staff in PT Petrosea Tbk

1. TAX SUPERINTENDANT

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree in Accounting or Tax Administration from a recognized
university.
2. Minimum of 6 years experience in the taxation areas, experience in
mining, oil and gas, construction or infrastructure companies would be
an advantage.
3. Experience in handling tax compliance, tax audit, tax objection and tax
appeal.
4. Familiar with e-SPT reporting.
5. Familiar with Microsoft Office (Advance Level).
6. Team Oriented, Self motivated and ability to priorities work.
7. Strong interpersonal & communication skills. Able to effectively
communicate with all levels of staff in organization.
8. A ‘can do’ attitude, with a hands on approach.

Role Responsibilities:
1. Ensure PTP complies with current tax laws for PPh 21,22,23,26 and VAT
for payroll and individual cash payments, accounts payable and account
receivable transactions.
2. Ensure accurate monthly tax return for PPh21, 23 ,26 and VAT completed
on time.
3. Organize of VAT return and reconciliation schedules .
4. Generate reports on respective returns for Tax Authority
5. Verify tax compliances of payable and receivable accounts ( VAT; PPh
articles 21, 23 & 26 )
6. Ensure accuracy of data of tax adherance on financial report received
7. Analyse VAT and withholding taxes.
8. Liaise with Tax Manager and Finance Manager to calculate annual tax.
9. Audit and ensure tax return reports for timely delivery to concerned
Authorities.
10. Collect tax invoices will be claimed ( PPN restitution)
11. Prepare advanced tax receipt comprising SSP PPh 22, PPh tax receipt
12. Liaise with tax office ( viscous ) finding out the rejected claims on
suppliers to be followed up
13. Collect payment receipt from suppliers (local & overseas) subjects to
PPh 23/26
14. Collect payroll data for local and expatriate employees to pay monthly
income tax or PPh 21 and PPh 26.

2. TAX STAFF

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree in Accounting or Tax Administration from a recognized
university, with GPA min. 3.0 in scale 4.
2. Minimum of 1 years experience in the taxation areas, experience in
mining, oil and gas, construction or infrastructure companies would be
an advantage, fresh graduates are welcome.
3. Familiar with Microsoft Office. Team Oriented, Self motivated and
ability to priorities work.
4. Strong interpersonal & communication skills. Able to effectively
communicate with all levels of staff in organization.
5. A ‘can do’ attitude, with a hands on approach.

Role Responsibilities:
1. Organize of VAT return and reconciliation schedules .
2. Generate reports on respective returns for Tax Authority
3. Collect tax invoices will be claimed ( PPN restitution)
4. Supporting in the VAT refund claims, and liaise with tax office
(viscous) finding out the rejected claims on suppliers to be followed up
5. Collect payment receipt from suppliers (local & overseas) subjects to
PPh 23/26.
6.Prepare monthly tax reconciliation between tax returns and financial
statement.
