Litigation Officer
Responsibilities:

Provides legal advice and counsel, represents the Bank in litigation process of consumer collection issues
*
Monitors the cost and quality of outside counsel handling litigation and regulatory matters in consumer collection issues.
*
Works independently on matters of significance to the organization.
*
Responsible for coaching as well as performance reviews and compensation administration along with daily administrative tasks.
Qualifications :
*
5 – 10 years of experience practicing law in Consumer Banking industry.
*
Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school is preferable
*
Thorough competence in legal issues relating to law and regulation.
*
Experience representing banking or financial services clients.
*
Demonstrated ability to lead people and manage projects.
*
Capable to demonstrate the interpersonal skill and strong leadership
*
Male or Female, age 30 - 40 years old
