Position : Public Relations Supervisor

Department : Public Relations

Working Location : Jakarta

Job Description :

Mainly responsible media relations functions as well as other media related events, this means:

* Organizing press conference, media gathering, etc
* Responsible for press kit, media release and other collaterals
* Periodic PR report to Marketing Committee
* Periodic media list and supplier update
* Media monitoring
* PR Department budget holder and controller
* Working closely and support Marketing and Sales Department from PR point of view (both strategic and tactical advice)

Requirement:

· Bachelor degree from reputable university, with GPA min 3.00 out of 4.00

· Have experience minimal 3 years in similar field (preferable from PR consultants)

· Male, 25-28 years old.

· Excellent command of English language, both oral and written (TOEFL reference score of 550, paper based)

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (able to interact with all kind of social level)

· Adaptive to surrounding environment

· Able to work under pressure and manage work under tight deadline

· Able to working independently with less supervision

· Well groomed and representative appearance

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Finance or related discipline from reputable university

Strong technical and operational knowledge.

Good knowledge of bank policies and procedures

Demonstrated ability to lead people and manage projects.

Male or Female, age 35 - 40 years old

1. Checking incoming and release PO for local distributor
2. Daily checking bank balance
3. Responsible for Petty cash reimbursement (driver, employee)
4. Prepare Petty cash summary
5. Compile data revenue from Sales, CIC, and Distributor
6. Bank reconciliation
7. Cashier

Job Qualification:

* A Bachelor (S1) degree in Economic/Finance/Accounting
* A minimum 2 years working experience in Finance/Accounting
* Preferably have working experience with SAP system & Microsoft office knowledge
* English Language
* Good interpersonal skill
* Initiative
* Preferably be domiciled in Bali
