Responsibilities:
* Manage the unloading and loading of bitumen ships/barges, including supervision of Terminal operators, Wharf attendants, and other personnel involved in unloading;
* Update stock forecasts and liaise with supply to maintain optimal stock holding at all times;
* Assist in the change over of Accounting system from the present Sun Based System to SAP system by providing Terminal Data, verifying process, training required and profiles;
* Negotiate and agree with customers on mixing, splitting, advancement, and postponement of deliveries to ensure optimised fleet utilisation;
* Closely working with Sales Staff and Customers to monitor and review lifting performance and to negotiate pick up of loads during non-peak hours to ensure higher utilisation of gantry;
* Able to manage and advise on all scheduling activities including recommending changes in the order fulfilment process where appropriate.
Requirements:
* Minimum Diploma / Degree from reputable school;
* Minimum 3 years experience in stock accounting or logistics operation;
* Proficient in English communication skill;
* Positive attitude towards self development and willing to learn new skills;
* Experienced in managing documents, filing and various finance administrative tasks;
* Good analytical skill and experienced in proposing basic improvement in the business process with the intention to increase effectiveness in area of work;
* Authorisation to work in Indonesia is required for this position.
