1. Agency Trainer Associate *
Job Description:
a. Developing, coordinating training session for all individual insurance
agent
b. Monitoring the productivity of all individual insurance agent after the
training session & the effectiveness of the training
c. Coordinating related agency events
d. Recruiting new individual insurance agent
Professional Qualifications:
a. Minimum Bachelor degree with minimum Cumulative GPA 3.0 of 4.0
b. Preferred minimum 1 year experience as individual life insurance agent
c. Excellent leadership & communication skill, initiative, creative, able to
be a good motivator, able to work in team
d. Computer literate particularly in Corel Draw & Photoshop
e. Willing to be assigned to out of town
f. Based in Jakarta or Bandung

*2. Bancassurance Specialist *
Job Description:
a. Developing & maintaining relationship with bank partners
b. Developing new partnership with potential banks
Professional Qualifications:
a. Minimum Bachelor degree from any major
b. Preferred minimum 2 years experience in marketing, customer service in
banking & have knowledge about insurance products
c. Excellent analytical, communication & negotiation skill, initiative &
able to work in team
d. Preferred have Car Driving License (SIM A) and own vehicle
e. Based in Bandung

*3. Customer Service Head - West Java Area*
Job Description:
Coordinating all Customer Service activities within the area.
Professional Qualifications:
a. Minimum Bachelor degree from any major
b. Minimum 1 year experience in the same position or 3 years experience in
senior staff level preferably from insurance industry
c. Excellent leadership, analytical, communication skill & customer service
oriented
d. Based in Bandung

4. Branch Administration Staff *
Job Description:
a. Handling finances transaction & report
b. Handling general & agency administration
c. To b branch Customer Service representative Professional Qualifications:
a. Minimum D III degree from any major
b. Minimum 1 year experience in the similar position
c. Excellent computer literate
d. Good analytical, communication skill & customer service oriented,
careful, persistent, initiative, detailed person and able to work in team
e. Based in Bandung, Tegal, Yogyakarta or Makassar

Job Description:
a. Developing & maintaining partnership with new and current customer
b. Dealing with potential and or current customer in order to achieving the
target assigned Professional Qualifications:

b. Fresh graduates is welcome
c. Preferred minimum 1 year experience in similar position in an insurance
company
d. Excellent negotiation, analytical, communication & presentation skill and
able to work in team or independently
e. Based in Jakarta

Job Description:
a. Handling customer requests with regards to products or related
information
b. Handling customer administration & report
Professional Qualifications:
a. Minimum Bachelor degree from any major
b. Preferred minimum 1 year experience in similar position in an insurance
company
c. Good analytical, communication skill & customer service oriented,
patient, careful, persistent, initiative, detailed person and able to work
in team
e. Based in Jakarta

*7. Accounting Staff*
Job Description:
a. Handling reports related with such as profits, commissions, finances
b. Checking General Ledger & Trial Balance Professional Qualifications:
a. Minimum Bachelor degree from Accounting
b. Preferred minimum 1 year experience in similar position
c. Good analytical & communication skill, careful, persistent, initiative,
detailed person and able to work in team
d. Based in Jakarta

*8. Administration Staff *
Job Description:
a. Handling general administration
b. Handling calls from internal and or external customer related with the
job Professional Qualifications:
a. Minimum D III degree from nursing, secretarial, hospital management and
other major
b. Fresh graduates is welcome
c. Excellent computer literate
d. Good analytical, communication skill & customer service oriented,
careful, persistent, initiative, detailed person and able to work in team
