Jr. Manager Training (CODE : JMT)
FUNCTION:
Make sure the activity of training could be well done prepared and delivered to the employee based on Training Need Analysis, and could make the effective evaluation of training.
REQUIREMENT :
*
Hold Bachelor degree in Social Science from any reputable university with GPA more than 2.75.
*
Male, min 30 years old.
*
At least 4 years of experience make a concept of training, handling kind of training and development areas (it will be plus point experience on Oil & Gas Company).
*
Familiar with Training Need Analysis and method of Training Evaluation.
*
Could be deliver kind of training by tailor made concept training.
*
Talk active and Strong English literacy both speaking and writing
*
High proficiency in using Microsoft Office.
*
