Credit Officer - Consumer Finance (CO CF Jepara/Kudus/Salatiga)
(Jawa Tengah - Jepara / Kudus / Salatiga)
Responsibilities:
- Reporting to Regional Credit Manager in each region, the incumbent will supervise the application processing of Consumer Finance loans and ensuring the completion of application process as well as responsible for the overall portfolio quality of the branch.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or Master degree from a reputable university
- Minimum 2 years experience as credit analyst in micro-banking loans.
- Good analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Strong Customer service skills and attention to detail.
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills.
- Good command of both spoken and written English.
- Commercial acumen, marketing orientation and drive to succeed with personal credibility.
- Demonstrate a high degree of integrity.
