Prepare data, calculation and produce report relating AR/Revenue and Inventory for GL To be a successful in the position, you will be:

* Holding a minimum of S1 degree majoring in Accounting

* Having a minimum of 1 year of working experience

* Showing good knowledge in accounting and good administration skill

* Demonstrating key attributes such as smart, fast learner, attention to detail, good personality, can work under pressure and can work over time

* Good in Ms. Office (Excel and Word) is a must

Indonesian Red Cross in cooperation with The Netherlands Red Cross (NLRC) is seeking a suitable candidate to facilitate and to give technical assistance to the PMI HIV programme funded by the Netherlands Red Cross.

HIV Programme Manager Assistant

The main focus of this position is to support the PMI HIV Programme in East Kalimantan that is implemented at the PMI branches in Samarinda, Balikpapan, Tarakan and Nunukan under the management of PMI chapter in Samarinda.

HIV Programme Manager Assistant
(Jakarta, Samarinda, Balikpapan, Tarakan and Nunukan)

Responsibilities:

* Key Responsibilities:

o Facilitate, supervise and monitor the PMI HIV programme funded by the NLRC
o Support and advise, branches, chapters and relevant PMI divisions, on Programme management and technical matters related to HIV
o Identify training needs and plan, organise and supervise training in collaboration with the HIV PMI programme staff
o Provide regular programme management progress reports and updates
o Promote GIPA (Greater Involvement of People living with HIV & AIDS)
o Network with relevant partners in the HIV sector in collaboration with the PMI HIV programme staff
o Assist the NLRC HIV programme manager whenever needed

Requirements:

* Indonesian nationality
* Degree in public health/psychology or any related field
* At least 2 years of relevant work experience with HIV programmes
* At least 2 years experience in programme management including significant experience in programme supervision and monitoring
* Experience in finance management
* Preferable experience in facilitating trainings
* Proactive attitude, ability to act as advisor
* Willingness to work with high risk groups such as female sex workers
* Willingness to be based the first year in Nunukan, East Kalimantan and be able to travel frequently
* Good communication skills, fluently in written and spoken English
* Knowledge of and working experience with the Red Cross movement is an advantage
